Excellent moment en montagne
Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour au chalet. Chalet en bois remarquable, très bien équipé, très confortable. Très bien situé dans la station, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur l'environnement et les montagnes. La promesse est largement tenue ! Les contacts avec Karene ont été très amicaux. Un bon point pour Jérôme qui s'est occupé de notre accueil,... et de la visite de sortie, gentillesse et efficacité étaient au rendez-vous.

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful chalet. The whole chalet was extremely comfortable - from the beds, hot powerful showers, seating areas and dining areas. The kitchen had everything you would need. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the chalet. The hot tub and sauna were an amazing bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. The chalet is exactly as described in the listing. We came for a skiing holiday and thought Oz was a great location for us as the town was very family orientated and had great access to the ski areas of both Vaujany and Alpe d'huez. The chalet was about a 10 minute walk to the ski area and shops.

Our second year in the chalet and just as good as the first time. The chalet is spacious, clean and the location is perfectly located in Oz. Lots of restaurants and access to the lifts nearby in walking distance. Karene is a wonderful host and full of information for activities

There is no better place to stay!
We were at Karene’s place during the week where we conquered the Alpe d’HuZes with colleagues and there is no better place to stay! Everything we need is there, including new cinema room, table tennis, a sauna, jacuzzi and above all the best view of the valley. Also appropriate for remote working with desks in the rooms and good internet. During off-season (part of summer) the local bakery is closed so we need to go down into the village to get bread and other groceries (20 min to get down). But a small price to pay for the amazing view. Thank you Karene and Jerome!
We all loved our stay and would highly recommend
Our group of 3 families (13) had a wonderful stay in Karene’s chalet. It was clean, spacious, had everything you could need - and a sauna, hot tub and cinema room! We visited end of season so there was no snow in the village but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment at all as the weather was so perfect for sitting outside. You can walk down through the woods to the lifts but we found it easiest to drive down all the skies and boots in one car and let everyone get ready down there. I’m sure that would be different mid season with snow! Jerome was very helpful and Karene helped us sort a discount for ski hire which was great. We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this chalet if you don’t want to be in Alpe itself, but have easy access to all the runs.
Location is great and close to the slopes
We had a very nice time at the chalet. The location is great and close to the slopes, offering beautiful views. The chalet itself is cozy, clean and well-equipped. The owners were friendly and very helpful during our week.

Fantastic chalet, top location. Perfect for our group of 3 families. Karene responds right away, and has given us fantastic tips for lunch on the mountain.
Wonderful Ski Holiday
We had a fantastic holiday staying at Karene's wonderful chalet. It is very comfortable and well equipped with great views. We were a mixed group of family and friends including a number of teenage boys. There was something for everyone especially over in Alpe d'huez. which is easily accessed by the ski lifts and slopes. Oz is a great village to stay in, quieter than the main resort but a number of bars, restaurants, ski hire shops and a great general store. It is a short walk down to the ski lift from the chalet but well worth it for staying up in the mountains. Karene was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. She was extremely accommodating and we highly recommend this chalet for anyone wanting to stay in Oz or the Alpe d'huez area. Overall an absolute fabulous holiday.
