Beautiful ski-in/ski-out chalet in Oz3300 ski resort, in the heart of the Alpe d'Huez Grandes Rousses ski area. Located 100m from the Alpette Gondola, you have access to the entire Alpe d'Huez ski area (250km of runs).

The ski resort is investing and in 2025 will replace the Poutran Gondola, add a padel court 100m from our chalet, and will groom a run that passes behind our chalet and end at 85 route de Pre Genty (2 chalets away), so that the chalet is truly ski-in throughout the season.

Built in 2009, the property is spread over 4 levels (280m2). There are 6 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 1 bunk bed & 5 twin beds. Sauna, hot tub, games room (2nd TV), foosball & ping pong table, fully equipped kitchen & a two-car garage. Catering options available.

On the ground level, you will find the ski room, games room & laundry room.

On the first / main floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom (queen size bed) with an ensuite bathroom & WC, a second WC, and the "spa" area with the sauna & jacuzzi. The sauna & jacuzzi are separated by a door, which can be locked to ensure small children don't enter this space without adult supervision. Access to the outside terrace is just off the dining area.

On the 2nd floor, we have four bedroom, each with an ensuite bathroom, and one WC accessible from the landing. On this floor, 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, one room has 2 single beds, and one room has a bunk bed, a trundle bed, and a single bed (ie 4 single beds in this last room).

On the top floor, there is a large suite with a queen size and one single bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom & WC.

We have just installed satellite internet & have unlimited ultra-high speed internet throughout the chalet!

All bedrooms have a private balcony, with the exception of the bedroom on the main floor (near the living room).

Linens and firewood are provided, and a baby crib and high chair are also available if needed.
